Making the call
A new career. A move. Leaving something safe. We talk it through, honestly, until you know what you want.
Life coach · Former chiropractor · Former D1 pitcher
Change is hard. It’s scary. My family sold everything and moved around the world, so I know the feeling. I help people take big risks and make big changes, even when they’re scared.
Coaching
Most people know what they want to change. The hard part is the fear, the doubt, and the first step. That’s where I come in.
A new career. A move. Leaving something safe. We talk it through, honestly, until you know what you want.
Fear is normal. I’ll help you make a plan, take the risk, and take the first step. Then the next one.
Big changes bring new questions. I’ll be there to help you settle in and build a life that fits.
How it works
30 minutes. We talk about where you are and where you want to be.
We pick the few things that matter most and set clear goals.
Regular calls to keep you on track. I work from anywhere, so you can too.
My story
I grew up in Detroit and went to Brother Rice High School. Then I pitched D1 baseball at Miami University in Ohio, where I studied kinesiology and health, with minors in business and coaching. After that I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic at Logan University.
Right after school, I started my own practice, PEAK Chiropractic, in Fishers, Indiana. Two years later I moved to Kalamazoo, Michigan, to take over our family practice, Antoniotti Chiropractic. Our family started it in 1964. Kate and I ran it together for almost 12 years, and Kalamazoo was home until we left to travel. We modernized it, grew it, and kept the trust our family had built for three generations.
Then, in 2025, we did something a little crazy. We sold everything. The practice, the house, the cars. And for the 2025 to 2026 school year, we took our family around the world with Boundless Life. We loved it so much that we’re still at it this year.
In early 2026 I started a remote job, so I work from wherever we are.
What I’ve learned: the scary part comes before the leap, not after it. Once you go, it’s usually better than you pictured.
Beyond work
Kind words
“Steve is one of the most positive, fun, and genuinely helpful people I know. I spent a year traveling the world alongside his family. If you get the chance to talk to him, take it.”

The first call is free. Tell me a little about where you are, and we’ll go from there.
